Thompson installed our AC several years ago. We had a problem this week with the evaporations system. Johnny came out, tested the system and showed us how to avoid the problem. I asked what the “call out” charge would be. He said there wasn’t any and left. Unheard of in this day and age. 6 Stars.

Had a whole house AC installed with an existing duct for central heating. Their team from estimating to finishing the project was always on time, communicative, fair, and very respectful. I recommend hiring this company. Their estimate was around the same as the other companies I spoke with. They were detailed on what needed to be done and were upfront about the cost of the project and I’m happy I went with them.

These guys are great! I called and spoke to Tim and he let me know that they were swamped at the time but he was able to walk me through and give me insight on what to check when my AC wouldn’t cool anymore. He was able to give me enough direction that I was able to fix the issue. Thanks, Tim! Hopefully, I won’t have to call in the future but I know that I can rely on them if I have any issues later on.

They installed a whole new AC and heater and ventilation and I am impressed with their professionalism and the great job they did and do. I did have a few small issues, but they took care of them ASAP and I am very grateful. I do not feel like they are trying to sell me a used car as I have been exposed to while getting quotes from other companies.
